GENERAL INFORMATION

In 2002 in Moscow, professor Igor D. Kirpatovskii initiated the tradition of organizing annual scientific conferences «New operational technologies». The following ones were supported by the professor and held in Tomsk. In 2015, the 5th International Scientific Conference «New Operational Technologies » will be dedicated to the memory of the great Russian scientist and surgeon Igor D. Kirpatovskii.

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

Oral Presentations / Posters / Contributing Papers must be prepared in English, the working language of the conference - Russian / English.

Full-size papers based on the materials of reports will be published in the conference proceedings which will be indexed in the Web of Science database.

Limited number of papers prepared in Russian will be published in the journal of research and practice «Questions of Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery»:

CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION FEE


Standard participation fee – 2000 rubles.

Distant participation fee – 1000 rubles.

Special participation fee for young researchers (students, post-graduate students under the age of 35) - 1000 rubles. After the paper is accepted, please provide the scanned copy of the fee payment titled: «Surname_Given name.Payment.jpg».
